Dr. Quinton Pooler is a proud Jacksonville native, born and raised right here in the community he now serves. He is deeply passionate about creating beautiful, healthy smiles using the latest technology and evidence-based techniques.
Dr. Pooler began his higher education at Florida State University before earning his dental degree from the VCU School of Dentistry. He believes that learning never stops and continually pursues advanced continuing education to offer his patients the most effective and comfortable care possible. In 2024 , Dr. Pooler took over this historic practice from Dr. Larry Burnside, committing to maintain its legacy of trust while bringing a fresh, modern approach to patient care.
What patients appreciate most about Dr. Pooler is his approachable demeanor and his commitment to private practice. He is not beholden to corporate interests; he takes the time to listen to your concerns, explains complex dental issues in plain English, and never pressures you into treatments you don’t need.
Outside of the office, Dr. Pooler is a dedicated father to three girls and a massive Jacksonville Jaguars fan. He treats every patient with the same care, honesty, and respect he would want for his own family.

Maj is an experienced dental assistant with over 25 years in the field, known for providing compassionate care and building lasting relationships with patients. She has a heart for working with church youth, dedicating time to mentor and uplift the next generation. Outside of her professional and ministry life, Maj enjoys cooking, relaxing at the beach, and spending quality time with her family.
Sally is a dedicated and experienced dental hygienist who is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, confident, and well cared for during their visits. She enjoys building lasting relationships with her patients and helping them achieve healthy, confident smiles. Outside the office, Sally loves spending time reading, visiting her grandchildren, and making memories with her husband.
Holly serves as office manager and brings more than 30 years dental office experience. She oversees daily operations, insurance coordination, scheduling, and patient relations. Holly is committed to supporting a positive team environment while ensuring every patient feels valued and well cared for. In her free time, she enjoys being with her grandchildren, playing tennis, and being outside and active.Â
Meet Leigh, one of our dedicated dental hygienist. She has been caring for our patients for over 20 years and enjoys building lasting relationships. Leigh is committed to providing gentle, educational preventative care, making each visit comfortable and positive. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her children and grandchildren, as well as traveling.
Dr. Pooler is a Jacksonville native and has come home to fulfill his dream of owning his own dental practice. Dr.Pooler first wanted to become a dentist in high school and dedicated himself to this dream. He attended FSU where he met is future wife. After attending dental school at VCU he moved to Tallahassee to begin working. Dr. Pooler soon realized how important it was to be the sole owner of an office, to avoid outside influences, and luckily he found Dr. Burnside. Dr. Burnside had been at this office since 1998 and has grown an amazing patient base and staff. Dr. Pooler is looking to continue providing excellent care, doing what is best for the patient, while be honest, caring, and empathetic to each patient's needs. He keeps busy with his 3 beautiful daughters, as well as his wonderful wife, enjoys golfing, online/board games, movies, Star Wars, Disney, and enjoying good times with friends and family.Â
