Yes. There is a fee for an emergency exam and typically for the necessary X-rays required to diagnose the problem. We will discuss these initial costs with you when you arrive, and we will provide a clear estimate for any subsequent treatment needed to resolve the issue.

If you experience a dental emergency after our normal business hours, please call our main office number and leave a detailed message on the doctor’s emergency line. Dr. Pooler will try to respond that same day to evaluate your situation and determine the best course of action.
We use local anesthesia to thoroughly numb the area. You will likely feel some pressure or pushing, and our gentle technique is designed to keep any discomfort to an absolute minimum. After the procedure you will get detailed, easy-to-follow aftercare instructions, and we are a phone call away during your recovery.
We are an out-of-network practice. If you have a PPO plan, you typically have out-of-network benefits, and we are more than happy to help you use them. Our team will call your insurance provider, deal with the paperwork, and file claims on your behalf. We also offer financing through CareCredit.
